大概的信息就是提示让登陆github，然后就报错了


  1. Could not fetch https://api.github.com/authorizations, enter your GitHub credentials to go over the API rate limit
  2. The credentials will be swapped for an OAuth token stored in /Users/username/.composer/auth.json, your password will not be stored
  3. To revoke access to this token you can visit https://github.com/settings/applications
  4. Username: username
  5. Password:
  6. An existing OAuth token for Composer is present and will be reused

解决方法

进入https://github.com/settings/applications创建一个一个新的token


创建成功后会生成一个token，如下图

然后执行

composer config -g github-oauth.github.com 上面的token

即可
